The Basel modern-streetfood restaurant brings its Thai fusion to Lucerne — Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese plates, sushi and a garden bar, opening at Judith-Stamm-Platz in the new Rösslimatt quarter by the station.
ZAP's kitchen takes its cue from Bangkok street food, reworked as Asian fusion — the format that has run at ZAP Basel on Sternengasse since 2021. The Lucerne location adds a sushi counter and a garden bar.
Grand opening on Saturday 29 August 2026: apéro and bar from 16:00, dinner from 18:30, with a welcome drink, live music and a DJ. Tables for dinner can be booked in advance.
