A one-year, 22-seat pop-up restaurant upstairs at Manger & Boire, led by Roger von Büren with a changing line-up of guest chefs.
For one year the first floor of Manger & Boire, the old Basel favourite on Gerbergasse, is home to Nr. 22: one room, 22 seats. Roger von Büren, who has held 14 Gault&Millau points, runs the kitchen, and at intervals well-known chefs join him at the stove, each bringing their own style. The first is Dominic Lambelet, cooking alongside von Büren from late November to the end of January.
Downstairs, the bar and café pours wine, cocktails and beer with small plates and homemade paninis from the late afternoon. The restaurant runs until 26 June 2027, and booking ahead is recommended.
