VIVORA

An Italian bistro bar in the Regensdorf Pavillon, open from the first coffee of the morning through to the aperitivo — freshly baked focaccia and sandwiches, gelato artigianale made in Switzerland, and Puglian pastries alongside the wine list.

VIVORA calls itself an Italian bistro bar and works the whole day accordingly: coffee and focaccia in the morning, sandwiches and a warm lunch offering in the middle of the day, then Aperol Spritz, Italian wines and classic drinks in the evening. The gelato is made in Switzerland from natural, seasonal ingredients, classic flavours and inventive ones, and the dolce counter runs to pasticciotto, the traditional pastry of Puglia. The same kitchen handles catering — delivery, collection or service on site, apéro and vegan boxes, warm dishes and salty or sweet fingerfood — and the room can be hired exclusively for birthdays, company parties and closed events.
