Nashville hot chicken is back in Geneva for good — double-marinated, buttermilk-bathed birds from the team behind Pretty Patty, in a 30-seat spot near the lake.
Side Chick reopened permanently at Rue des Eaux-Vives 9 in early August 2026, run by Adrian Smith and Lucas Jeanneret — also behind Pretty Patty burgers. It's a return engagement: the concept first launched as a pop-up at Pavillon Barton in 2024, and the duo waited until Pretty Patty was established before bringing it back full-time.
Nearly everything is homemade (bar the waffle fries), from Swiss fried chicken sandwiches to newer additions like Louisiana-inspired chicken and waffles, kale slaw, and corn wings. The 30-seat space leans into the name with décor inspired by Amsterdam's red light district — playful, not shy about it.
