Geneva's family crêperie, going since 1962, opens its fifth address on Rue des Eaux-Vives — sweet and savoury crêpes, waffles and house gelato, with coconut matcha and ube clouds on the drinks list.

Muller's Factory began in 1962, when Georges Müller and his brother opened a crêperie in the centre of Geneva and ran it on order-at-the-counter lines, with produce from Swiss and regional suppliers. His children Jessica, Géraldine and Björn run it now. The Eaux-Vives shop, opened at the end of August 2026, joins the family's crêperies on Quai du Mont-Blanc, at Globus on Rue du Rhône, on Place du Cirque in Plainpalais and at Balexert.

The savoury crêpes all have names: La Maraîchère with Gruyère, tomato and basil (11.30), La Maya with goat's cheese, walnuts and honey (12.10), La Montagnarde with Gruyère, bacon, egg and grilled onions (15.40). Sweet ones start at 5.50 for sugar and cinnamon and run up to Swiss chocolate with house gelato (12.20); among the house favourites, as crêpe or waffle, are chestnut with whipped cream and meringues (12.50) and pistachio cream with almonds (10.50). The hot chocolate is made with grated Swiss chocolate, and the drinks list now has a whole matcha-and-ube section — lattes hot or iced, strawberry versions, and coconut matcha and coconut ube clouds (6.90). Juices are pressed to order, and there is local beer from Brasserie des Murailles and Geneva wine by the glass.
