Le Coq Luzern opened August 14, 2026 at Hirschengraben 45/47, led by Philipp Röthlin. The concept is simple and focused: Güggeli — roast chicken from Kneuss in Mägenwil, seasoned with a house spice blend and served crispy.
The chickens carry a Swiss quality seal; each piece is marinated in the house spice mix and fried until crisp and golden. Tables are booked through the online form, and gift vouchers are sold at the restaurant or by phone.
