Kaisin opens its Lucerne location — its 11th overall, and first outside Zürich, Zug, and Basel — at Frankenstrasse 7-9 on August 18, 2026, following a pre-opening community event over the weekend.
The concept is build-your-own bowls "made with happiness," with a rotating high-protein menu, cold-pressed drinks, and its own kaisin. soda. Existing locations include Talacker, Seefeld, Oerlikon, Altstetten, Enge, Hardbrücke, Zürich HB, and Binz in Zürich, plus Basel and Zug.
