A five-storey interim-use cultural house in Kreis 4 — a bar and art on the ground floor, rotating exhibitions, a communal dinner floor, a music listening studio and a top-floor work lounge.
Five floors, five distinct worlds: the ground floor and courtyard hold a bar ("Klaus macht Feierabend im gap'z") alongside work from Mexican artist Piero Lagonigro; the 1st floor hosts "Not So Romantic," an artist-run space with rotating exhibitions; the 2nd floor is built for communal dining; the 3rd floor houses "Lauter," a music listening studio; and the 4th floor is "Raven," a work lounge focused on technology, design and innovation.
Weekly talks run every Wednesday at 6pm, covering architecture, urban development and culture. The building owner is providing the space rent-free for roughly 2.5 months before a planned renovation, with the run going through the end of September — so this one has a real end date.
