A new winter fondue hut on Sihlcity's Kalanderplatz from the Winterliebi team, mixing Swiss fondue tradition with an urban hut feel.
Fondue Huus is a new winter pop-up on Kalanderplatz at Sihlcity, run by Winterliebi, the Pointbreak Group's winter brand that also runs the fondue chalet on Europaallee. It opens on 12 November and runs until 23 December, a modern take on a mountain hut set in the middle of the city.
All the classic fondues are lactose-free, and a vegan cashew fondue from Roots can be pre-ordered. On weekday afternoons there is a smaller menu. Tables are reserved online, with two evening sittings, and they may be shared with other guests. Groups of 16 or more book through a separate form, and the hut can be booked exclusively.
**Best for:** fondue with friends after shopping, or a team dinner before Christmas.
