TYDE

A new all-day restaurant and bar inside Baden's FORTYSEVEN thermal baths, where breakfast drifts into lunch, aperitivo and dinner without a hard cut-off between them.

TYDE replaces the previous in-house dining concept at FORTYSEVEN with its own identity — a new kitchen, a new signature, and a rhythm built around how a day at the baths actually unfolds. A coffee can turn into lunch, an aperitivo into dinner, with warm food served continuously until 10pm, 365 days a year.

From 2pm, "Blue TYDE" takes over: small plates, signature drinks and sharing-style dishes built for lingering. Sundays and holidays bring a brunch centred on Baden's largest croissant, a sharing creation made with the bakery Spitzbueb.

TYDE isn't reserved for bathers — it functions as its own meeting point for Baden and the region, reachable without a spa ticket.
