Zürich's Bar am Wasser and the Grace La Margna open a 15-seat speakeasy in the hotel's former boutique, from the start of the winter season.
The Grace La Margna, the five-star hotel opposite St. Moritz station, is teaming up with Bar am Wasser, the Zürich cocktail bar co-owned by Dirk Hany. From the start of the winter season the hotel's former boutique becomes a speakeasy – called, fittingly, the BOUTIQUE – with just 15 seats.
The idea follows Bar am Wasser's own, reinterpreted for St. Moritz: a small, hidden room with personal service, music and drinks that go beyond the classic hotel bar. Hany, one of Switzerland's best-known bartenders, is behind the cocktails.
The partnership reaches the hotel's main bar too: N/5 – THE BAR, the Art Nouveau room of marble, velvet and brass, gets a new list of signature cocktails developed by the two bars together.
**Best for:** a nightcap for two in a room most of the hotel's guests will walk past.
