Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues Geneva's lakeside summer pop-up returns to Île Rousseau — Mediterranean small plates under parasol shade, with unobstructed views of the Jet d'Eau.
Lake House reopened for the season in May 2026 and runs through September 15, on the tranquil Île Rousseau just off the hotel. Bathed in natural light with uninterrupted Jet d'Eau views, it's built for a sun-filled lunch, an afternoon treat, or an after-work drink.
The Mediterranean-inspired menu runs all day: avocado and smoked salmon toasts, Swiss charcuterie and cheese, arancini, crispy croquettes, seasonal salads, and a light, crisp pizza fritta margherita (also available with Parma ham or smoked salmon). Ice creams, sorbets, and signature desserts round things out.
