The Brucker family's Neapolitan-leaning caffè ristorante on the Rapperswil lakefront, in the old San Marco premises — a ground-floor pizzeria, Piano Lago, and an upstairs restaurant, Piano Sole, both looking out over the Zürichsee.
Bacino is a family project by the Bruckers — Jan E. Brucker, former director of the Hotel Widder and the family behind Signau House & Garden in Zürich, with his son Luis running the operation. The kitchen is led by head chef Alessio Zappia with Oscar Ielardi as chef pizzaiolo: Italian cooking built around product quality and plates meant to be shared. The house splits in two — Piano Lago downstairs for pizza, Piano Sole above for the restaurant menu.
