Lugano's Roman pizza-al-taglio shop brings its square slices to Kreis 5.
Wilma's has been baking Roman-style pizza in teglia on Via Pretorio in Lugano since 2021, and on 17 September it opened its first shop north of the Alps, on Luisenstrasse. Light, airy dough is baked in trays and cut to order by the slice, with the toppings changing daily – margherita bufalina, carbonara, amatriciana, mortadella and more.
Come in for a slice or four, or take a tray away; Wilma's also caters for offices and events.
