Dripped

Barista Enes Oral, who has been pouring at weddings and company events under the dripped name, is opening his own café on Theatergasse in Solothurn's old town — specialty coffee, matcha, tea and sweets, with a corner for children.

Oral grew up in Zürich, lives in Solothurn with his wife and their two children, and has spent more than eight years in coffee. Until now dripped has been a mobile coffee bar for hire — weddings, company parties, private celebrations. The café at Theatergasse 24 gives it a fixed address, dressed in the brand's orange: "solothurn wird orange", as the teaser puts it.

The menu will run to specialty coffee, matcha, tea and sweets, with a kids' corner for families. No opening date has been announced yet; the latest update, on 9 September, said the wait is almost over.
