Zürich's cult vermicelles pop-up returns for three weeks at a new address on Josefstrasse, serving coupes built from freshly harvested Swiss chestnuts.
The Vermicelleria is a seasonal fixture: a young Zürich design crew turns Swiss Bergell and Ticino chestnuts, hand-collected each autumn, into vermicelles — the fine chestnut-purée dessert piped over cream and meringue.
Each year the team redesigns the space from scratch with new colours and merchandise; this edition moves to Josefstrasse 129 and runs for three weeks only, from October 29 to November 22.
