A second Zürich address for Sora Sushi, the sushi and Japanese-fusion restaurant from Candrian Catering, now on the ground floor of the Sihlcity shopping centre.
Sora Sushi has run its original restaurant directly at Zürich HB since 2014, serving sushi straight off a kaiten conveyor belt. The Sihlcity branch drops the conveyor belt but keeps the rest of the concept: sushi, sashimi, maki and nigiri alongside a broader menu of Japanese and Asian-fusion dishes, run by the same operator, Candrian Catering.
The Sihlcity location sits on the mall's ground floor at Kalanderplatz, with a bento lunch menu on weekdays and a kids' menu alongside the regular card. Delivery is planned but not yet running; takeaway is available by phone or email in the meantime.
