Primo Piano's annual Graubünden Christmas pop-up returns to a new address near Prime Tower, serving capuns and Bündner specialties through December.
Chesa Capuns is the Verein Primo Piano's yearly pre-Christmas pop-up, run by Alexandra Wohlwend and built around Graubünden's signature dish — capuns, the canton's chard-wrapped pasta parcels — alongside other Alpine specialties and a wine-paired menu. This year's edition moves to a new location at Maagplatz 3, between Prime Tower and Maagareal.
The evening starts with mulled wine on the terrace by the fire pit or in the indoor lounge, continues with dinner and selected wines, and closes with cocktails mixed by the in-house DJ. Groups of ten or more can book the "Roll your own Capuns" workshop before dinner. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm, November 26 to December 19.
